• Locking: body locking hydraulic or via push rod,
  patented locking hook with top-dead-centre securing device ensure play-free and undetachable connection to frame even in the case of power loss in hydraulic system..
   
  Thanks to the fastening of the body directly to the chassis the normal body height is maintained (subframe at least 120 mm high).
  
  
• Lifting device: 4 hydraulic lifting cylinders to lift the unloaded body.
  
  
• Procedure:
  • Open the hydraulic lock
  • Lift the body
  • Close the hydraulic or pneumatic coupling to the body (e.g. tipper)
  • Apply support legs
  • Retract lifting cylinder
  • Drive lorry out from under the parked body
  • Drive uner prepared body
  • Set down in reverse order.
    
  • This procedure can be performed in approx. 10 minutes as a one-man operation.
